I had an email today from a good friend in America asking if this clip was actually an Aussie politician or a bit of fun…
I don’t know whether it reflects worse on Americans or Aussies!

It’s a classic. I noticed that it’s even cracked a mention on the urban legend site snopes.com
Strange that it has to be pointed out to people that it’s satire.
This was very funny! Was I not supposed to laugh? I felt guilty because it made me laugh. I think because it reflects the way some people live outside reality and do not face up to the “stuff” that “sinks” our “ships.” Outside the environment = out of sight out of mind and out of MY responsibility. But, it still made me laugh……
ROFLOL now THAT’s MY kind of humor.
This one’s my favourite, I think – it’s a close run between this one and the David Hicks one.
British/Aussie humor is so much more fun than American. That was hilarious. How in the world could anybody believe that was real?
This is truely great. Nothing like a ship that “the front does not fall off”.
